$50.01-$200.00 15%
$200.01- $5000.00 12%

$5000.01 and over 10%

Commission rate on Miscellaneous Items 25%

Bidding on an item is a contractual agreement   to the terms and conditions set forth by Huntsville Exotics.

Ownership and responsibility for death, injury, or sickness changes hands when the auctioneer says SOLD, from seller to buyer. All sales as is, where it is. No guarantee against sickness accident or death

 ALL hoof stock SOLD ON A PER HEAD BASIS 

Birds sold by cages.

THE STATE REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING

* All male cattle that is 11 months or older and sexually intact must have a Trich Test before bringing to the auction

* All Equine, horses, donkeys, zedonks etc. require a Coggins Test before bringing to auction. ZEBRAS ARE EXEMPT UNLESS COMING OUT OF STATE

*ALL sheep & goats require a scrapie tag; we can do those here for $ 5.00 each

* CWD Susceptible Species Red Deer, Elk, Reindeer, Sika, Muntjac and any associated subspecies and hybrids require animals to be tagged, and movement paperwork completed at drop off.

*All Bird/Fowl/ Game Bird require a license to sell from the THAC and/or TPWD.
